Through LCBO’s social impact platform, the Spirit of Sustainability (SOS), and commitment to enhance industry diversity, we are pleased to launch a new campaign for Black History Month in P12 / 2024. The campaign will direct funds for the Black community, amplify Black creators and voices in the industry, and highlight their contributions. 

There is no cost to participate in this opportunity – below outlines the eligibility criteria to participate.

The opportunity:

We want to amplify, spotlight and recognize Good Partners who are committed to enhancing industry diversity. We are seeking brands/products who have impactful and authentic initiatives that support and /or celebrate the Black community. 

A few examples of what we are looking for: 

  1. Black creators and makers

  2. Brands that have ongoing partnerships, have made donations, or created scholarships supporting the Black community 

  3. Fundraising initiatives or community investment programs

  4. Brands that have made significant actions and or commitments such as signing the BlackNorth Initiative Pledge, holding themselves accountable to specific actions and targets

Eligibility criteria to participate:

Proven impact, community investment, fundraising efforts; partnerships, scholarships, impactful initiatives that drive meaningful social and equitable change in communities.

Good Partners can be highlighted in the following promotional activities:

  1. Placement within our Good Partners landing page to include image and the featured SKU 

  2. Navigation to the landing page from the LCBO.com home page  

  3. Brand placement in advertising and/or public relations campaign (may include tactics such as: Influencer marketing, advertorials/sponsored content, social media, or other tactics)
