On April 1, LCBO will implement a new process to manage inbound delivery appointments:
• Carriers will transition to SAP LBN to self-book warehouse appointments.
• Suppliers will need to contact LCBO’s Transportation Team and they will book the appointment on your behalf.
Select Ontario and Quebec Full Truck Load Suppliers and North American Carriers can book their delivery appointments for the LCBO Retail Service Centres with this simple online tool.
