LCBO Gateway is a secure, centralized portal that provides registered vendors with access to purchase orders (as applicable), invoices and payments.
LCBO Gateway launches on April 1, and will replace Oracle iSupplier, WebPO, Direct Delivery Vendor Portal and GMS (for supplying sources).
Access to LCBO Gateway
In preparation for the launch, we need to understand who needs access and what type of access is required. Relevant vendors who require access to Gateway are asked to complete Access Request Form before March 13, 2026.
Active users of existing systems will receive access to LCBO Gateway on April 1. New users identified via the form will be granted access after April 1.
