In collaboration with you, our valued Good Partners, we strive to drive positive change within the beverage alcohol industry. One way we achieve this is through the charitable fee included in bookings for in-store product samplings. Thanks to the generous contributions of our Suppliers, LCBO established the Industry Catalyst Fund – a fund dedicated to fostering equity and advancing environmental priorities within the beverage alcohol industry in addition to addressing emerging community needs and promoting moderation.

Making Impact Together

Donations to the Industry Catalyst Fund directly support charitable programs and partners focused on advancing diversity, equity and inclusion and environmental priorities in our industry. The Fund also aims to support initiatives that address emerging community needs and promote moderation in our local communities. Together with our Suppliers, we’ve achieved remarkable milestones. Here are just some examples of our collective impact:

  • Through the Spirit of Inclusion Initiative, we’ve awarded over 40 scholarships to diverse women, helping them enter, advance, and thrive in the beverage alcohol industry.
  • By supporting BlackNorth Initiative, we’re helping 10 Black Canadian professionals, including those in beverage alcohol, gain skills for advancing to C-suite and boardroom roles through BlackNorth Academy.
  • In partnership with Black Opportunity Fund, through the Black Beverage Alcohol Business Grant, we awarded $20,000 grants to seven Black businesses across Canada – helping them grow their ventures.

We are deeply grateful to our Good Partners for their ongoing support and collaboration. Together, we’re creating a more equitable and sustainable beverage alcohol industry.
