Supplier Code of Business Conduct
Our Supplier Code of Business Conduct reflects our commitment to improve the sustainability of Ontario and the alcohol industry by setting standards and leading by example. It outlines the expectations of every supplier who wishes to maintain a business relationship with the LCBO, holding our suppliers accountable to best practice standards regarding, among other things, the environment, ethical business conduct, and diversity and human rights.

Product Branding Guidelines
Our Product Branding Guidelines further strengthen our commitment to leading the highest standards in the beverage alcohol industry. The guidelines will ensure that products sold in our stores and online embrace diversity and inclusion and do not cause harm or offense to Ontario’s diverse communities regardless of gender, age, sex, race, class, religion, ethnicity, ability, language, sexual orientation, gender identity and political orientation.
