Ontario’s Out of Province Direct-to-Consumer Program authorizes eligible out of province producers to sell beverage alcohol products directly to consumers in Ontario. Interested suppliers from participating provinces must apply to become authorized to participate in the program.
Currently, participating provinces or territories include:
• Nova Scotia
LCBO‑authorized producers may sell eligible products that are both manufactured in their home province and permitted for sale under their licence in the participating province or territory. These products may be sold and delivered directly to consumers in Ontario, for personal use only, on behalf of the LCBO and in accordance with the terms of the authorization.
Products may not be sold for resale or commercial use.
