As part of LCBO’s Future State Modernization, we will be introducing a secure, centralized portal called LCBO Gateway for all LCBO vendors/suppliers on April 1, 2026. This portal will be where registered suppliers can view or action purchase orders, as well as view invoices and payments. It will replace Oracle iSupplier, WebPO, Direct Delivery Vendor Portal and Grocery Management System (for supplying sources).

You’re invited to join a training webinar that will outline how to access and use LCBO Gateway, and offer key reminders as we approach April 1.

Note: that this is not training required by all suppliers – please only encourage those in your organization who will be LCBO Gateway active users to attend.

  • As part of the transition from iSupplier to LCBO Gateway, only open POs will be migrated to LCBO Gateway. iSupplier will be unavailable effective midnight on March 31We encourage you to download historical POs / invoices before this date, if required, as historical items will not be available in the new system.

  • As a reminder, if you require access to LCBO Gateway, and haven't completed the Access Request Form, please do so by March 13.
