We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting consumer event proposals for FY24/25 P11 – P13 + FY25/26 P1 – P3:
P11: Jan 5 - Feb 1, 2025
P12: Feb 2 - Mar 1, 2025
P13: Mar 2 - Mar 31, 2025
P1: Apr 1 – Apr 26, 2025
P2: Apr 27 – May 24, 2025
P3: May 25 – June 21, 2025
Our vision is to deliver remarkable experiences as the trusted destination for the world’s wines, beers, and spirits and we’re looking for unique, one-of-a-kind proposals that deliver on our vision.
If you have a compelling event proposal for the timeframe, please complete the attached Event Application form (1 application form per event proposal)
Successful proposals will include:
- Brands that are of interest to premium-wine consumers, vintages that are exceptional/highly rated, sought-after deluxe spirits, products that are rare and/or exclusive, large bottles or unique size formats.
- Brands that will attract a new event customer demonstrating a clear premiumization opportunity for the category.
- A passionate winery/distillery principal who enjoys engaging with customers 1:1 and is willing to come to the Ontario market for the event.
- Additional promotional support the supplier/agent can provide to ensure event success, including product donation for the event and/or financial contribution to ensure ticket prices remain competitive and attainable.
