Since April 1, we've been relying on new systems and data sources to inform Sale of Data (SOD) reports, and we have identified certain discrepancies, including missed orders, that require correction. This has delayed our regular reporting cadence. We'd like to provide you with an update on our SOD program, and the progress we are making towards resuming regular reporting cadence.
Our schedule to correct and restore regular SOD reporting
To ensure we are providing trade partners with the most accurate information possible, we are undertaking a comprehensive refresh of reporting for weeks 1–20 before publishing subsequent reports.
The following schedule outlines our plan to restore SOD reporting to its regular cadence:
- October: Reprocessing missing orders
- Starting November - end of December: Republishing corrected reports for weeks 1–20 on a rolling basis with all known discrepancies addressed.
- Starting January – mid February: Publishing reports for week 21 onward on a rolling basis.
- Mid-February thereafter: Regular reporting cadence is expected to resume the week of February 8th, 2027
As republishing begins, our SOD tracker will provide visibility into which reports have been refreshed and what data is currently available.
We recognize that this has been a prolonged disruption and understand the importance of this data to our partners. Our immediate priority is to restore accurate, complete reporting, while providing visibility into our progress as reports are republished. In the meantime, all agents continue to have access to weekly narrowcast reports that provide information about their vendors’ purchase orders and inventory.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
