We would like to inform you that we are transitioning LCBO Merchandising’s Licensee Exclusive Program to consolidate efforts to service licensee customers through one process. The program will transition under Specialty Services effective April 1, 2024. The Specialty Services program will provide a more consistent process for agents, and allow LCBO to streamline its operations, free up capacity in stores and allow employees to focus on retail customers. Under the new program, agents will receive dedicated customer service from our Specialty Services team via phone or email and any support required in setting up an account.
