Yesterday afternoon we became aware of an unplanned outage affecting our online systems, including LCBO.com and our mobile app, as well as warehouse applications and some internal sites. The issue is not related to cybersecurity.
Most systems were restored overnight and earlier this morning. LCBO.com and our mobile app are currently available, however we continue to monitor and test for stability.
While in-store shopping for retail customers remained unaffected, this did temporarily impact Same Day Pickup and some warehouse operations. We will support our customers through any temporary delays this may have caused.
We regret any impact to our customer and partner experience and appreciate your patience and understanding. We remain in a strong position leading up to the Civic Holiday.
