Since launching in 2021, we have continued to make improvements to our Aeroplan loyalty program for the benefit of our customers and trade partners. Today marks another significant milestone in our journey as we launch real-time redemption of Aeroplan points across all LCBO stores. We have issued more than 2.5 billion points since we began this partnership and Aeroplan customers spend on average 52% more than non-loyalty member customers so the value-add for our trade partners is significant.
Loyalty members can redeem a minimum of 1000 points to get $10 off their purchase and a maximum of 25,000 point to get $250 off their purchase. Aeroplan points can only be redeemed in 1000-point increments.
This update helps make the LCBO a preferred destination for loyalty members to spend and earn points in store, on LCBO.com, or through the LCBO app.
