We are pleased to share some organizational updates within the Merchandising team.
European Wines & Destination Collection
Sean Ormsby has been promoted to the role of Acting Product Manager, France, reporting to Lisa Chapman ( Senior Category Manager -European Wines & Destination Collection). We are excited for the addition of Sean’s vast experience to the buying team.
Customer Experience
Todd Bliss will move back into Merchandising full time into his home role of Senior Director, Customer Experience. Todd will continue to support FSM ( Future State Modernization) in the adoption of new space and assortment processes and tools. Todd will be reporting directly into Abhay Garg, Vice President, Merchandising.
Krystle Leszkowicz has been promoted to Director, Customer Experience. She will maintain her current portfolio with Nathaniel Palpal-latoc (Senior Manager- Store Experience), Natasha Slater (Manager-Merchandising Communications) and David Craig ( Senior Manager- Space Planning) reporting directly to her.
Denise Papaconstantinou has been promoted to the role of Senior Category Manager, Gifting & Accessories reporting to Kevin Ethier( Director- Gifting and Customer Events). We also welcome Taryn Carpino to the team as the new Product Manager, Gifting & Accessories. Taryn brings over a decade of experience in key account management, retail buying, and category management. Taryn will report to Denise Papaconstantinou.
Both Krystle Leszkowicz and Kevin Ethier will now report into Todd Bliss. These changes will further strengthen our focus on the customer experience while ensuring clear leadership and continuity across our teams.
