In early 2024, LCBO is launching a new online ordering process for LCBO Convenience Outlets (LCOs) and licensees, enabled by our eCommerce site. This is the second phase of our eCommerce renewal project which aims to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
This easy and streamlined approach to ordering will provide a consistent online experience, regardless of our customers’ fulfillment centre, and allow them to easily access up-to-date inventory and enhanced support for transaction-related enquiries. It is another step in making it easier to do business with the LCBO.
We’re committed to giving our customers everything they need to support a seamless transition to the new eCommerce site. In addition to direct communications, information about the new process will be shared in upcoming webcasts and information will posted to dedicated pages for LCO and licensees on Doing Business with the LCBO as it becomes available.
