As you know, you are currently able to access key stats for your product on bonus including units sold, number of customers who purchased, total sales, customer demographics and sales and share impact compared to non-loyalty activity in the Aeroplan period reports.
Starting in P3, we’re excited to share that we’re launching a new feature called Market Basket Analysis reporting for each product with an Aeroplan bonus offer.
This addition to our reports will help you to understand what customers are buying alongside the bonus product and how it contributes to basket building, enabling informed cross-selling, merchandising and promotional planning, helping to improve your investments.
