The data that LCBO makes available for purchase to stakeholders is proprietary to the LCBO and a condition of its sale is that must not be provided to any third party without the express written permission of the LCBO. Stakeholders are reminded that any breach of the terms applicable to the sale of data program could result in exclusion from the program or other legal recourse by the LCBO.
