We would like to let you know about some changes to the Customer Experience team. Effective January 22, several Customer Experience functions will move from Marketing to Merchandising. This change not only makes strategic sense for the business and our partners, but it will also position us well to further enhance operational efficiency as we prepare for Future State Modernization (FSM).
Space Planning, Store Customer Experience, and Merchandising Communications will report into Merchandising under Abhay Garg, Vice President, Merchandising, while Visual Merchandising will remain in Marketing under Vanda Provato, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer, helping to bring to life visual product experiences in and beyond the store.
Moving to Merchandising, reporting to Abhay Garg
· Todd Bliss, Sr. Director will continue to support FSM. Additionally, he will lead strategy and promotions for the digital screens in our stores, along with supporting our store merchandising initiatives.
· Krystle Leszkowicz will continue as Sr. Director, Store Customer Experience (Acting), until March 31st, 2025. Reporting into Krystal include Nathaniel Palpal-latoc, Senior Manager, Acting Assignment, and Dave Craig, Senior Manager, Space Planning.
Teams remaining in Marketing & Digital, reporting to Vanda Provato
· Megan Dawson, Manager, Visual Merchandising, along with her team, will report directly into Vanda Provato.
