As you know, LCBO is working through the early stages of our Future State Modernization (FSM) Program, designed to strengthen our foundations, improve our technology landscape, and enhance operations across the business. 

This is a multi-year initiative and along the way we commit to keeping you posted on what you need to know and how our changes positively impact our ways of working together. Sometimes this may be a more general update on progress, other times we may actively engage you with actions needed to support change. 

The FSM program will include updates to our Transportation Management System and, while this change is not happening until later in 2025, we need to start collecting information now to prepare. Recently, the LCBO issued two asks to active vendors (any agent or supplier that has been active in our Web PO system in the last two years, including General List, Vintages, Vintages Essentials, and Destination Collection) regarding updating contact information for vendor warehouse pick up locations. While this is data we have today, in some cases it’s incomplete or outdated, and by collecting this in a consistent format we’ll be better positioned for our logistical planning.
