Change to Tasting Date of NISS ID 255 3674 Portuguese Red and White

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the tasting date for the LCBO Portugal Red & White call 3674 has been moved from September 7th to September 13th. The sample deadline date has not changed from September 1^st and the call back deadline has now been revised to September 18^th.
