We have been alerted about a phishing email campaign attempting to impersonate LCBO Wholesale Operations that may have been sent to LCBO suppliers.
The email redirects users to a website (example below) and requests email addresses and passwords. This email is not from LCBO – please do not attempt to access this site or respond, and immediately flag this email as phishing.
Phishing attempts are designed to impersonate our brand, but have no connectivity to, or impact on, our systems or operations. Our systems remain safe to use. We have taken action to report this issue and ask you to remain vigilant.
If you received an email of this nature, and clicked on links or submitted information, we recommend resetting passwords in your LCBO accounts immediately and be cautious about other phishing attempts sent to your email address. If you need help resetting your password, please call Customer Care.
