An Update on LCBO Operations

As we’ve shared, we are eager to get back to regular operations following the strike that ended on Monday, July 22. At the same time, we are in the midst of transitioning back to our everyday roles. On that note, we want to provide an update for our trade partners.

Product Calls

Please note that the deadlines associated with the product calls impacted by the labour disruption have been reviewed and amended. A revised version of the Merchandising, Vintages and Destination Collection product needs schedules are linked below.

 

MPTS P11-P13 Deadline

The P11-P13 Category deadline for Excel & MPTS approvals/declines has been changed to Friday, July 26^th. Updated agent deadlines for forecasts can be found in the Promotional Calendar.

Sample Deliveries to LCBO Head Office

We have resumed accepting product samples at LCBO Head Office. Please make note of the revised sample deadlines associated with each product call as several dates have changed.

Vintages August 10th Release

The Vintages bi-weekly release scheduled for August 10th will not go forward as planned. Items scheduled for release on August 10th will now be released in stores on August 24th.

LCBO Lab Testing 

Laboratory testing services have resumed. Please note that results may take longer than normal as we work through our backlog.
