Further to our update on the provincial changes to LCBO wholesale alcohol prices in support of the hospitality sector, we’d like to provide some additional information to help provide an exceptional customer experience for our valued licensees during this transition.

We ask licensees to plan for and schedule any in-store returns in January 2022 for purchases made in December 2021, as we expect it will take longer than normal for our retail teams to process these returns. To schedule a return, please call your relevant LCBO store 24 hours in advance of making a return. To ensure you have priority service, these returns will be scheduled outside of retail hours.

Any returns processed through Specialty Services or Depots will continue be processed following normal business processes. Any in-store returns for purchases made in January 2022 or after will be processed as normal and do not require scheduling.

We remind you that our return policy remains in place and requires returns within 30 days and with an original receipt. We also remind licensees to make returns to their original point of sale only.
