As shared in May 2026, a more open listings process is being introduced that expands opportunities for suppliers to respond to product calls for the wholesale catalogue. We’re pleased to launch a wholesale import product call and applications to the Warehousing for Open Listings program.
There are important eligibility requirements agents need to understand before making submissions to the import product call:
• Ontario agents licensed by the AGCO who represent import products and are interested in participating in the wholesale import product call must be authorized by LCBO under the Warehousing for Open Listings Program and must have an agreement with an authorized third-party logistics (3PL) company to warehouse and distribute import product in Ontario.
• Ontario agents licensed by the AGCO who have their own eligible warehousing facilities in Ontario can apply for a warehousing authorization as well as to become an authorized agent.
• Once authorized, Agents will be eligible to participate in LCBO’s Supplying Source Program and submit eligible products to the import product call linked below.
• At this time, LCBO will be prioritizing applications from 3PLs and will continuously update a list of authorized companies as authorizations are issued. LCBO is also accepting applications from agents who have an agreement with a 3PL that has applied for a Warehousing authorization. LCBO will process the agent application once the 3PL has been authorized.
