Over the past couple of months, negotiations took place between LCBO and OPSEU (Ontario Public Service Employees Union), the union representing our bargaining unit team members, with the aim of achieving a renewal collective bargaining agreement.
We are pleased to share that OPSEU membership has voted in favour of a tentative three-year collective agreement reached in early May, which has also been approved by the LCBO’s Board of Directors. Over the next few weeks, the terms of the agreement are expected to be fully approved by the Government of Ontario.
We are pleased to have reached an agreement that enables LCBO’s continued effective and efficient operations and that values our people and the important role they play in the delivery of services to our customers, both wholesale and retail.
