To enable our Trade partners to analyze their business and forecast with greater accuracy, the LCBO provides data relating to your SKU(s) at no cost. However, access to your competitors’ sales information is a paid-for option as part of our Sale of Data (SOD) Program.
Subscriptions to the Sale of Data program must be renewed and pay for by April 18, 2026, to ensue uninterrupted access. Package details for 2026/27 including how to subscribe, subscription costs and payment methods can be found on the SOD packages and fees document. Should a renewal and payment not be completed by April 18, the LCBO will remove your access to sale of data.
Sale of Data Terms and Conditions Reminder
Sales data is provided to the subscriber strictly for their organization’s use and may not be duplicated, transferred, or provided in any medium or format, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of the LCBO. Program Updates
· There are no changes to the packages and fees for 2026–27.
· There were no changes to our Set/Subsets for 2026-27.
· Under the Grocery banners, the Andrew column has been removed from Options 1a, 1b, 2, 3, 4, and 5. All data that previously appeared in this column is now included in OtherGRO_SQTY. If you retrieve this information through an API, update your code to align with the new structure.
· Effective April 1, 2026, Grocery Shipment data will reflect the number of units shipped by the LCBO. We will no longer use grocer‑reported “units received” as our data source. This update is the result of changes to grocer data feeds introduced through the FSM project.
· Due to the FSM transition, the timing of your reports will be changing. We expect to have your P13,2025/26 and Week 53,2025/26 data finalized by mid‑April 2026. Week 1 files are anticipated to begin flowing between late April and early May 2026.
