The LCBO Merchandising team is pleased to announce that we will begin to intake travel invitations from trade associations for calendar year 2025.
If you are interested in inviting members of the Merchandising team to travel to your Country/Region, please apply using the following process:
- Trade Association/Industry Group must submit a letter of invitation and a completed travel intake form (linked below) directly only to Abhay Garg, VP of Merchandising (abhay.garg@lcbo.com), copying Kirstie Cook (kirstie.cook@lcbo.com). Invitations submitted outside of this process will not be considered for planning.
The deadline for invitation letters and intake forms to be received is Monday, November 25, 2024.
A review of all applications based on category priorities will be done and the decisions will be conveyed back by Wednesday, December 18, 2024.
The Merchandising buying team is also planning on sending representatives to the following trade shows in 2025: Wine Paris/ Vinexpo Paris, Prowein and VinItaly. A separate communication will be issued regarding LCBO attendees and the process for scheduling meetings.
Please note that we continue to monitor public health measures and travel restrictions and will adjust plans as required.
