New online ordering platform and other enhancements launching February - March
In spring 2024, LCBO is launching an online ordering process for LCBO Convenience Outlets (LCOs) supported by our eCommerce site: wholesale.lcbo.com.
This easy and streamlined approach to ordering will provide a consistent online experience, regardless of your fulfillment centre, and allow you to easily access up-to-date inventory, and enhanced support for transaction-related enquiries.
In parallel with launching a new online ordering process, it is an opportunity to make it easier to do business with the LCBO by enhancing and bringing greater consistency to how orders are fulfilled and supported by the LCBO.
