COVID-19 and your LCBO shopping experience

As we continue to navigate COVID-19, health and safety remains top of mind for us all. We follow the direction of public health officials to limit the effect COVID-19 may have on our people, partners, customers, and in our communities.

We remain focused on making it easy for you to find the products you’re looking to enjoy and explore, no matter how you shop with us. We’re also asking for your help in supporting a safe shopping experience. Below you’ll find some updates and asks - we are grateful for your continued understanding and patience. We continue to maintain enhanced cleaning in our stores and warehouses and plexiglass will remain at cash desks across our retail network until further notice.

As part of our Responsible Service Program, we have policies and procedures in place and in accordance with the law for the purposes of checking ID and public intoxication before serving customers. Thank you for your understanding and for removing your mask safely if requested to do so while visiting our stores.

Plan your trip by making a list.

Whenever possible, pay with debit or credit to reduce handling of cash. Many financial institutions have increased the spend threshold for the tap functionality. This is a great option to reduce touching of pinpads.

If you can, shop alone.

Face coverings are no longer mandatory in LCBO stores unless required by local public health units. Masks remain a recommended form of protection to keep our employees, customers, and partners safe.

Delivery & Pickup Options

We offer these convenient ways to get your products safely and easily:

Home Delivery: Place your order online for delivery to your door in 3-5 business days. Home delivery is $11.95 (plus taxes) per order with a minimum $50 order. *Delivery may take longer due to higher-than-normal order volumes.

Same-Day Pickup: Place your order online and pick it up in-store the same day at one of our 190+ Same-Day Pickup stores (product availability varies by store). Same-Day Pickup is free and we’ll have your order packed and ready for pickup in store in 3 hours or less. Please wait for the “Your order is ready for pickup” email.

Deliver to Store: Shop online for free delivery to the store of your choice (delivery typically takes 5 to 14 days but may take longer to rural locations and due to higher-than-normal order volumes) and pick up your order at your leisure.

Curbside Pickup: Simply order online at a participating Curbside Pickup store, and we'll bring it right out to your car. Curbside pickup is free.
