Due to refermentation, these products may become hazy and pressure build up in the bottle may cause some bottles to break.
LCBO ASKS OPSEU TO AGREE TO APPOINTMENT OF A MEDIATOR
June 17, 2024 – Toronto: The LCBO is currently in collective bargaining with the Ontario Public Service Employees Union (OPSEU) the union representing approximately 10,000 LCBO team members. LCBO is also aware that, on June 13, OPSEU requested a ‘no board’ report from the Ontario Ministry of Labour. Once granted, the ‘no board’ sets a 17-day countdown to OPSEU’s legal strike position.

On-Demand Delivery of Beverage Alcohol Products in Ontario
TORONTO, January 9, 2023 – The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) issues licences that allow parties to deliver beverage alcohol product to customers for a fee and fulfill their orders in LCBO stores, or from other retailers and restaurants licensed by AGCO. As part of their AGCO licence, all liquor delivery service providers are required to meet social responsibility requirements, such as ensuring recipients of orders are of legal drinking age and not intoxicated.
