As previously communicated, as part of LCBO’s Future State Modernization, we will be introducing a new vendor portal called LCBO Gateway for all LCBO suppliers on December 28, 2025. This portal will be where suppliers can view and action purchase orders, as well as view payments and invoices. It will replace existing applications such as Oracle iSupplier, WebPO, DDVP and Grocery Management System (for supplying sources).
In preparation for these changes, you’re invited to join a training webinar that will walk you through how to access and use LCBO Gateway. We will also review other key changes including changes to warehouse appointment bookings and offer key reminders as we approach a temporary ordering freeze between 6pm on December 18 through to December 31.
