Retail Store Construction - Renovations

The LCBO renovates approximately 20-30 stores per year. Projects range from fixture resets to building expansions.

The LCBO Renovations and Contract Administration Department manages projects from start to finish. Scope varies and projects are tendered through the Procurement and Contract Management Department.

The LCBO Design Consultant prepares an interior design package and the Architectural and Engineering Consultants then prepare full tender drawings and documentation from this package and LCBO standard specifications. Construction is phased and occurs while the store is open and operating.
